CHEEK SWABS:

Are the most common location from which DNA sample can be taken.

Also known as a Buccal Swabs (pronounced like "buckle")....

Cheek swabs are the act of gently rubbing the inside of the mouth with a cotton tipped swab to collect cells for dna testing.

DNA test results, when performed by an AABB Certified lab are often accurate enough to be recognized as definitlve evidence of a family relationship

A legal dna test required by the courts includes a documented chain of custody, where the cheek swab dna sample is accounted for, from the collection to the lab.

When a person cannot come in to the lab to provide the dna sample, a mobile dna collection can be done to satisfy the requirements of a court ordered paternity test.

Mobile DNA collections with the proper dna custody chain allow labs to issue reports for immigration application requests.
